[Sharjah, 30/07/2025] – GP Group, a dynamic and forward thinking conglomerate, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Haroon Rashid to its Advisory Board,
effective immediately.

Mr. Rashid brings with him more than 30 years of distinguished experience in the energy sector. His tenure at Shell includes leadership roles such as Chief Executive & Managing
Director of Shell Pakistan Limited (SPL), General Manager Lubricants, and senior management positions across Marketing, Consultancy, Aviation, Supply & Distribution for the Middle East–
South Asia region. Mr. Rashid joined Shell in 1995 and has been a respected Director on SPL’s Board since 2011.

More recently, Haroon Rashid has been setting up Dupak Energy, a lubricants and car care startup. He is also Non-executive Chairman of Flow Petroleum Pvt. Limited and serves on a
number of business and charity boards.

A graduate of INSEAD and Lahore University of Management Sciences, Mr. Rashid is known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep expertise in downstream energy solutions.
