Shahid Durrani is an accomplished executive with over three decades of leadership experience in sales, marketing, and operations across diverse industries. As the CEO and Managing Member of OWN it NOW Sales & Lease Purchase from 2007 to 2023, Shahid drove rapid profitability and significant revenue growth through strategic business planning and innovative market strategies. His expertise includes overseeing comprehensive operations, financial management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to mitigate business risks.

Before his tenure at OWN it NOW, Shahid held key roles at Rent-A-Center from 1988 to 2007, advancing from Regional Manager to Divisional Vice President. He managed operations across multiple states, optimized real estate negotiations, and reduced operational costs by 30% annually through efficient warehousing and inventory management. His leadership contributed to Rent-A-Center’s market leadership in the lease purchase of durable household goods.

Earlier in his career, Shahid served as Sales & Marketing Manager at Pakistan Tobacco Company from 1982 to 1986, where he managed regional sales, coordinated a nationwide distribution network, and enhanced brand visibility and market share through strategic advertising and sponsorship initiatives.
